For example, the height and pitch of your roof can require special equipment for safety or there could be severe build-up of algae or dirt requiring multiple treatments. Wolverine team members are trained to protect your landscaping. Depending on the service, we will rinse the plants prior to washing and as needed during and after to prevent spotting and damage. However, if any chemicals are used in the service, they are in concentrations that do not harm most plants. If you have particularly sensitive or expensive plants, please highlight this for us prior to service.
To prolong the life of your roof, we will apply a mild biodegradable chemical along with a special surfactant that will kill algae and lift dirt. To protect the aggregate layer on asphalt shingles we will not directly pressure clean the shingles. This means that you can expect to see the areas of heavy algae change color in the hours after application as the organisms die, but it may not look completely clean until it has received a good rain or two.

Simply make sure there are as few obstacles as possible in the way of the surfaces being cleaned. Your end result will be better if you have all shrubs and trees trimmed so they are not touching siding, fences or other surfaces.
